Sad Irony

Published 8 April 2009

There is sad irony surrounding the G20 protester who was found dead last week, in light of new evidence supplied by a US fund manager who was filming in the area just prior to the individual’s death.

A video supplied to the UK’s Guardian newspaper was shot by a New York-based asset manager who was in London on business.

The man who shot the footage, said “the primary reason for me coming forward is that it was clear the family were not getting any answers.”

The gathering of world leaders fuelled a myriad of groups converging on the UK capital to protest across a range of issues, but primarily against the banks and financial services industry for creating the economic-pickle we find ourselves in and subsequent global recession.

The UK Guardian newspaper received the footage, which was then also published on the BBC’s website.

Here is the link and what an inevitable enquiry is likely to find was the precursor to a clearly pointless death.
