In 2020 we all had to adapt quickly to a suddenly changed world, and to find new and innovative ways of doing business and interacting with clients.

But it was also a year when uncertainty and doubt among consumers saw a re-think of the true value of financial services, including advice, platforms, superannuation, insurance, funds management and lending.
