On Friday this week CoreData Research will name the winners of the 2020 Licensee of the Year Awards. Today we announce the finalists in key award categories.
These annual awards recognise excellence in the running of licensee businesses and the quality of support and services provided to financial advisers, as judged by financial advisers themselves. They are based on CoreData’s industry-leading Licensee Research, and other research conducted by CoreData throughout the year.
As in previous years we’ll be naming an overall Licensee of the Year, as well as the Independently Owned Licensee of the Year and the Institutionally Affiliated Licensee of the Year.
In 2020, reflecting the rapidly changing face of the licensee industry, there will be no Institutionally Branded Licensee of the Year award.
In addition to licensee awards we’ll also be revealing the Licensee Leadership Award, given to the licensee leader judged by the advisers in their network to have the greatest depth of understanding of and empathy towards advisers and their businesses; and the Licensee Industry Leadership Award, which recognises a activity in the licensee industry space that has the potential to shape or reshape the industry in future.
The results will be published on CoreData’s New Model Adviser website at 11.00am on Friday, September 18, and will be featured in NMA’s regular newsletter to readers.
In coming weeks we’ll feature interviews and profiles of the winners and finalists to give NMA readers a deeper insight into the philosophies and ambitions of the heads of Australia’s top licensee businesses.
