The Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA) partnered with CoreData to conduct a suite of research on FBAA members to better understand industry trends. This research of 100 FBAA brokers was conducted from July 11-29, 2024, and found that the most common issue brokers faced in the past 6 months when working with lenders is delays in loan processing, reported by 60% of brokers surveyed.
