The findings of a quantitative survey commissioned by Helia and undertaken by CoreData in August of 2023. The respondents to the survey are comprised of First Home Buyers, Additional Property Buyers, and Refinanciers from across Australia, and found home buyer desire and pursuit of home ownership remains strong whilst the housing market continues to defy expectations.
