The Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA) partnered with CoreData to conduct a suite of research on FBAA members to better understand industry trends. This research of 100 FBAA brokers was conducted from March 12-26, 2024, and found close to half of brokers report an increase in early loan refinancing among their clients. This suggests clients have been more active in looking for ways to reduce their repayment costs after a period of interest rate rises over the past two years.
